I guess we're just suppose to assume that Rose is closer with Damon so she called him. And Damon knew that Bonnie and Stefan needed to get the moonstone from Katharine so he left them there .. and thought he could convince Elena to leave on his own.

I liked the episode.Although it had many plot holes it was atleast better than the previous snail-paced filler episodes.

As much as I love DE, I do not want Stefan being locked up in the tomb (OR Stef cheating on E, which is highly impossible IMO) to be the main reason for them to becoming closer.I for one think Elena will grow closer to Damon all on her own with no help from some outside force.

Elena wants to sacrifice herself to save her family.Fine but uh allowing vampires to roam in daylight isn't exactly a good idea Elena.

The Salvatores' plan to get the moonstone had FAIL written all over it. The thing that irks me is that they KNOW what had happened to Bon's Grams the last time they had opened the tomb & yet they were willing to risk B's life :|
Jeremy's plan, on the other hand, was good.But couldn't he just STAKE Katherine when she was incapacitated??[Not that I want her to die :P]
Or they could've just sent in ALARIC!

There is something off about Elijah.I don't think he's doing any of this for Klaus.

& I feel Ian's overdoing the eye thing//eye-acting (or whatever it is) these days.

@eye thing...I think he's been doing it the same all of last season and this season as well, just that now the camera focuses on his eyes a lot too ;)
