CHAPTER FOUR
Kiya was shocked at what KD just said and went the words kept roaming in her head, she was confused as to what he meant by those words 'he will give me a good husband'? was he going to play along to the whole marriage thing? Kiya kept thinking. I mean I was just playing with him a little, make him miserable for the way he treated me.
I mean seriously what kind of a guy would bluntly tell a girl that he would want to be seen with her? Obviously none other than the arrogant Stoneface Mr. Keshav Desai.
Hopefully he wont be their tomorrow when I go to their house to me Avantika.

Avanti was looking as if she was ready to eat me up. On one hand she had a curling iron and on the other was a face pack. "What are you going with these in your hands? " Kiya asked as she sat comfortably on the couch.
Avanti inched near as she replied with a smirk"we are going to have a little make over"
Kiya screamed "NOOO!!! you wont do any such thing!"
"stop struggling to death or ill for sure burn you to death" Avanti screams. How does she manage to change personalities so very easily. the one thing wrong about her was she had a evil personality hid under the innocent and sweet covering.
Kiya finally gave in knowing she could never win against Avanti in a argument plus a little makeover wont hurt she thought. While Avanti was busy with Kiya's hair she had a face pack on...this is relaxing just like in the salon Kiya thought.

Finished Avanti squealed, excited that she spent 3 hours working on me. Sheesh a little makeover?? took so long? She did my hair, my makeup, even re-did my eye brows and dressed me up completely like a doll. Did I mention she made me try so many dresses. If she has taken so much time I better look like a Goddess. She placed a blind fold on my eyes and took me to her mirror so I could finally have a look.
"Ready...1...2...3! Avanti squeaked again.
"Jeez will you st---" Kiya was dumbstruck when her eyes landed on the mirror in front of her with her mouth open in shock.
"See I told you...you look like a Goddess" Avanti giggled.
My dark brown hair was in loose curls and had made my make up as smile as possible with only a light blush and lip gloss. My skin was radiating a natural glow.She had me wear a black mini dress and a cute black stelito's.
"You are one hell of a makeup artist" Kiya finally said as she tired to hold her tears.
"Don get to emotional or you will ruin your makeup" Avanti said with a smile holding her arms out for kiya to hug her.
"Now lets head down stairs my Mom wants to see how you look" Avanti smiled taking kiyas hand she was dragging her out the room.
"Wait...K-D isn't here?? is he?" Kiya asked.
"No din I already tell you her is at football practice." she replied and forcefully dragged Kiya down.
As they finally reached down and Avanti dragged Kiya to the back yard suddenly there was a huge commotion going on.
As I stepped on the platform in the back yard I felt several familiar eyes looking at me. I froze where I stood looking back at the 700 hundred people all from my college who never failed to tease me right from my day one. Even Ruby was here. She had her arms wrapped around KD's arms. He gave me a mischievous grin.
Wait a sec...KD? I thought he was a soccer practice? but looking around even his team was here wide eyed as they kept their stairs on me. KD pushes off Rubys arms and walks over to me. The thing that surprised me and Ruby was how he gently placed his arms around me and looked at me with a lovesick expression which I could tell was completely fake.
Many guys shouted "who is she?"
"Everyone this is Kiya Gujral. don't u know her from college? KD acted confused.
Some grasped and some started laughing..was he trying to humiliate me?
" Did you get a surgery or something?" Ruby laughed with the others and that's when I saw complete RED!
"The only girl in the whole room who would have gotten a surgery done is you." I protested with made some Ohhh and I heard KD give out a low chuckle.
"What the hell you B***h and KD y do you have your arms around that...? Ruby shouted.
"Calm down" KD sounded annoyed. " I brought you all here to tell you that...Kiya and I are engaged."
"you gotto be kidding.. I mean you are the kind of flirt? " A guy named Aakash yelled out.
