Explain me the mods ladder :p i know coolbie is the one who does the written updates, but how is a viewbie and other bies decided? I've seen some super viewbies as well :O how do they become that?

Maisy, there's a topic in Suggestion/Comments section on how to join DT. The ladder groups are explained there :)
