About the dream...Bihaan's dreams are always 100% correct...remember how he got a dream that Bauji is having trouble breathing and he rushed to hospital and actually found Bauji in that condition. And then again in that stabbing track...he got a dream that Thapki is in trouble...that was also 100% true.

So indeed Thapki's life is in danger...either Thapki will have an accident and she will be presumed dead or she will go in coma OR something will happen to Bihaan while saving Thapki (i prefer the latter)

CVs ne toh waise hi medical science ka mazak bana ke rakh diya hai...maine aik aur show mein dekha tha, the FL had brain tumor (advance stage) and she got pregnant...so in order to save the child they transferred the foetus in ML's second wife's tummy...somehow the FL was presumed dead and ML's second wife gave birth to ML and FL's daughter.
