I think somehow neha will escape from pandey niwas in the middle of the night and she will be roaming on roads

And if family stays in tabela incidentally bihaan will see her and follow her from some distance or if family is shown living somewhere else so may be bihaan will be on sitting on some stonevor roadside pavement and suddenly he will see neha on road and in next second he will witness a car coming towards neha so he will approach forward to save neha and he will push her a side in time but he will met with an accident like he may fly high in air and he will land on road but his head will hit a hard rock and will faint some people 2ill come and will call family or whoevers no is last and neha will get scared

And when everyone will reach hospital and go to meet bihaan bihu may give i dont know you all look or he may behave like abelow 10 year or below 14l5 year child

Forgetting tha0ki kabir and sankar completely

I too thought same...but in that accident neha gets her sanity then tell the truth of her house fired...I think in d flash back she said only bihaan pandey so may be truth is something else...
