Actually it's not in that way.. He made fake papers by cheating.. When truth about marriage is out, then whole truth about divorce will also come out na.. I think it that way..

btw this whole marriage mess make me remember zaya and aliya-rihaan halala nikkah.. I know nothing much similar.. Still, it makes me remember them..

Firstly the marriage certificate they showed in episode was in the name of Vaani and not Thapki where as the divorce was in the name of Thapki and Not Vaani.

I do not know wat is the legal name of Thapki. Coz one person can not be with two legal names

thapki ka real name vani hi hai

Naam vaam ka chordo itna logic nhi lagate yeh log, shaadi bhi bihaan ki thapki se hi hui thi, card me yahi naam tha...

Mujhe yeh proof dila do ki vo papers. Nakli hai 😊

vahi to me bhi keh raha hoon ki tum log soch ke chal rahe ho to mujhe bhi bata do.. me bhi soch lunga... aur agar koi proof hai ki vo papers nakli hai to, vo bhi bata do 😊

Jab pandit se jhoot bulwa sakta hai toh nakli papers banwa nhi sakta kya? waise v divorce ya shadi k liye witness k signatures chahiye hota hai toh shadi ka witness pandit diya hoga...but divorce ka malum nhi...waise divorce completion k liye even if mutual both husband wife ko court me present hona parta hai.. pata nhi cvs ka logic..

Well Sanju... I do not know abt Indian Laws but as per Pakistani laws such marriages or divorces have no legal implication.

And in one recent IV, Manish mentioned that the divorce did not happen and thus he is now married to Thapki and Sankar. So it means in future episodes CVs will show that the divorce was fake and thus Kabir and Thapki's marriage is fake

1) Thapki is still wearing Bihaan's mangalsutra...plus Manish said in interview that Bihaan doesn't know that those papers were fake that's why he can't keep Kabir away from Thapki.

2) A person can have only one legal name

*if her legal name is Thapki Bihaan Pandey...then ThaHaan divorce is valid and Kabir-Vaani marriage is invalid

*if her legal name is Vaani Oberoi (btw except divorce papers she signs all other docs as Vaani Oberoi) then ThaHaan divorce is invalid and Kabir-Vaani marriage is also invalid...because woh marriage certificate pandit ki jhooti statement ki wajah se bana tha...Bihaan usko pakar ke 2 thappar maare ya Thapki usse Kabir se zyada paise de de toh woh sach bol de ga ke jhooti vidhi ke saath sirf aik phera liya tha aur varmala, ghat bandhan aur mangalsutra Thapki ne khud hi pehna tha...and then marriage certificate will be declared fake.

3) That detective was unable to find any information about Kabir because i think that his surname is not Katyal...so ghalat naam wala marriage certificate obviously invalid hai.

So,

ThaBir are NOT married. And if ThaHaan's divorce papers were indeed fake then BiNkar are also NOT married.
