Conceiving from first time is not impossible. Plus they must have done it more than once as Thapki mentioned that she is not feeling well since few days and went for a check up too so I guess more days have passed which is lame but that is wat they r trying to show

someone hits bihaan's bike and he goes to see ...it's a child and he scolds him...thapki sees and says to bihaan that children are always sweet...they should be naughty at this age..bihaan teases thapki about their babies... thapki about to tell bihaan about her pregnancy but suman bhabhi calls him.
