Sania...the answer to your first question : she showed her so called LLB degree papers to Judge just to show audience that she is fighting case with proper qualifications otherwise none without degree can fight a case..This was a last minute cover up done by CVS.
Just before the episode telecasting... Jigyasa said anyone can fight their case in her Iv( she forgot it was not her case but her namesake husband case)😳
Moreover, none court or Judge ask law degree certificate...🤪a lawyer posses enrollment I'd card /bar number card that is suffice for showing he/she is an advocate. Koi pagal ki hoga Jo itna lamba certificate Court room lekar jayega...😆But here she is PSW...she can do anything 🤣
