All this was planned, and I think Vasu wants to kill Bihaan. Or at least harm him to some extent.

I saw the pre-cap a couple of times and I agree with you that the goons were focused on Bihaan and were holding him tight and aiming directly to kill him. They also seem to be holding Thapki away from him. If these are Vasu's goons, she does seem to have targeted Bihaan.

If this is true, hopefully Thapki finds out and tell Vasu that Bihaan is now clean of her donated blood and gets over her own maa bhakti . I know not possible..😆😆😆

I think it is Shradha's plan. She is right now have vengeance against Bihaan for scaring her with knife and wanted to kill him. Vasu might have planned something else altogether, but for us it look like she has done it. Anyway Vasu is best manipulator of situation and persons, always timings her attacks, so she is never caught or thought wrong by others, even victims. Only Shradha could not wait to attack. She becomes mad when provoked. Eager for today's episode to know the truth who is behind the attack.
