Did not like the Drunk episode

Saw yesterday's Drunk episode just now. I could not really enjoy it. The scenes themselves were cute but the whole sequence was just an excuse to get them exchange rings without making any progress in the relationship. One line "hum to ek dosre se nafart karte hai" threw me off. Bihaan also hates Thapki? when did that happen?

I wish, Thapki told Bihaan about the drama and they knowingly exchanged rings. At least there would have been some honesty in the whole process. Plus shouldn't this exchange take place publicly if Thapki is trying to convince Dhruv? How would he know they just did not put them on themselves?

Sorry if I offended someone. Just my POV.

I was actually expecting this post from you 😆

Though I don't understand why it would throw you off?

I mean they don't hate each other now and have begun to care for the other person, but they both don't realise it yet. Not in the least.

Marriage came much later. They hated each others guts even before marriage. Because they didn't like how the other thought or acted.

And anyway, Bihaan itna karta hai Thapki ke liye. This only proves that he is not in any hurry to prove himself a hero in Thapki's eyes. He wants and expects nothing in return. He is happy helping her even if she thinks he is a bad guy.

The only thing I didn't like was that even in a drunk state Thapki gave so may taanas to Bihaan 😆 But I didn't want to let it spoil such a great episode for me.

I am glad I did not dissappoint! At least I am a consistent character 😆😆😆

Annoying and hating are 2 very different things. Bihaan has always found Thapki annoying but hate her no! His character could not probably hate anyone.

Thapki disliked him with turned to hate after the marriage drama.

In this whole discussion, there is an assumption that they were speaking from the heart when they were drunk. That is why hate line did not make sense.

They care for each other and they both know it but do not acknowledge.

I think I may getting a little annoyed with this show, finally. Need something else to keep me occupied.

Katori, are you giving up on the show? This early..?😆
Anyways, Bihaan was actually being honest with Thapki when he said we hate each other. Keep in mind , he didn't say I hate you, and considering they have never stated their feelings to be otherwise, Bihaan's statement was logical.

Why, didn't Thapki ask Bihaan to exchange rings? How would she have asked him? Bihaan would have questioned her and since Vasu had instructed her not to mention anything to Bihaan about Dhruv and her promise, how would she have even brought the topic infront of him. Bihaan would have declined immediately if she would have explained the reason.

We got to see some very cute scenes of ThaHaan and genuine scenes, put all your skepticism aside and enjoy Thahaaan..hehehe

Not giving up on Bihaan as yet.
Thahaan will have to wait until Thapki gets a little bit sane. As Vasu's minion, she is doing too good of a job.😆😆

I agree I am getting annoyed too. Yea Id expect that atleast one of them has slightly started having ACTUAL Feelings. ITs one thing when someone is trying to fight their feelings, like for e.g Bihaan talking to himself like WHY AM I DOING THIS FOR THAPKI? do I like her? no way I dont like her? There is no character development in this sense. We just see events and moments between the two, which is nice, but more than that I want to see some kind of acknowledgement or questioning of feelings. I actually liked the part where Thapki was trying to find out the truth about Bihaan, that means she kind of wanted to disconfirm her dislike for him, she had hope that maybe her husband just did this out of the influence of someone else.
THAPKI is sooo smart she should have known that VASU probably manipulated BIHAAN, where did her smartness go here?
I love the jodi and manyasa's acting but Im frustrated with the direction of the show. It has sooo much potential and so many stories it can cover but its stuck in DHRUVLAND...seriously they can use the aditi diwaker story and bring it in between Thapki and Bihaan, they can actually make the show interesting without having to necessarily have Bihaan and Thapki confess their love, just some progression. Here we are at the same place. Dhruv is jealous and Thapki and Bihaan are married. Nothing has changed. Like one day in thapkiland equals the entire week in real life.

LOL but im not giving up. I just like to complain and scream here because you guys listen, and comment. HEHE

I agree 100%. That is why I made this post. These nice scene without a progress in character or story development has been frustrating.

Not giving up either. Nice to be able to vent without getting brick bats.
