I think a day will come where someone else's tears is gonna affect him more than his mom's tears... so he is gonna go against his mom for her... There are again lots of hints for that...

every time she is comparing him and dhruv that affects him... even in the future... vasu ask bihaan to marry a stammering girl... he may refuse... or... when he request bihaan to forget thapki for dhruv... in either case bihaan would do the opposite... thats my gut feel...

Its Not about what he said that excatly going to happen .May be Opposite can also happen . I Feel Like He Got to know Thapki-Dhruv Love each other so much and He go against his Mom wish and Let ThaRuv Married
