Today we bring to you exclusive interview of the leads of Colors show "Thapki Pyar Ki". Ankit Bathla as Dhruv and Jigyasa Singh as Thapki are doing a good job in their show. Lets get to know more about them.
How does it feel to be a part of Thapki Pyaar Ki?
Ankit - Of, course it feels nice, it's a different show. So I'm very excited for being a part of the show.
Jigyasa - I feel so lucky to be part of the show. It's not some daily soap it is an inspirational show.
Did either of you undergo any special training/ workshops for the role?
Jigyasa- Yea I did. The production house itself gave me 5 days' workshop because Thapki character is a typical role.
How would you describe your off-screen rapport with each other?
Ankit-Off-screen we are good friends.
Jigyasa what is the first thing that comes to your mind about Ankit ?
Laughter. Every time we both laugh and director ends up asking us to stop laughing.
Ankit what is the first thing that comes to your mind about Jigyasa?

You portray one of the cutest couple on screen. Dhruv and Thapki have carved a niche for themselves in such a short span of time. what's the secret?
Jigyasa- Thank you so much. We are good friends so we keep on rehearsing the dialogues before we go for take and most importantly we act spontaneously
Acting is mostly about action and reaction, as co-actors how do you help each other in bringing out the best in each other?
Ankit- I think because we both are very comfortable with each-other. As Jigyasa said before we rehearse before going to sets and when director asks us to do the scene before the shot it becomes double rehearsal for us.
Jigyasa-At the same time we know each others flaws. So we try to cover them up. May this is the only reason our chemistry worked out.
