Migan chellom (note for you below maa 😆) I'm not sure in what context they are talking about, but

based on what I have learned, an ectopic pregnancy often leads to such internal very painful bleeding, where fullterm pregnancies can never be reached. But it looks Ganga's is a normal one but complicated by this internal bleeding 🤔 it sounds like an abnormal uterine bleeding 🤔 ... which would def complicate the pregnancy, depending on the stage of pregnancy... I haven't been following Thangam much so don't know how far Ganga is into her pregnancy... but such abnormal hemorrhage can be of a serious concern , potentially endangering the lives of the child and the mother esp during the later stages (then again there are many causes of it too, and different ways of dealing with it). I'm assuming in such severe cases, they often have to perform surgery to stop that bleeding (by closing the blood vessels that may have ruptured leading to such bleeding) as to save the mother first... but considering the close proximity of the fetus, it would be of great concern.... lets hope Ganga and the baby both are safe after the surgery...
