I must say the way he framed dumb Angad into the murder drama he is taking revenge of EMA indirectly.

Romi is definitely a smart guy. He has made use of the fact that he wasnt handed to police to come back and strike again. He is dangerous. If only, Angad had 0.1 % constructive dimaag, the circumstances that led to Sahiba leaving would never have happened. the fact that he cant simply ask Seerat to leave Brar house and get lost shows that he doesnt care about the one thing his socalled "love" has an issue with. So in his quest to keep 2 women in his life, Sahiba is in mortal peril and he himself is falsely accused of murder. but chalo atleast he has tasted some time in custody which he deserved for prior abuse meted out to Sahiba, And the fact that sitting in jail he has not even realized that Romi could be responsible makes him look like an idiot. Agar usko pata hai ladki Sahiba nahi hai and Sahiba may be in danger if she hasnt come to "save" him from false case like he knows she would- then who is likley to harm her ?! literally 2 din pehle Romi was stalking her and he is a rich dude. does Angad really think ticket to US is one -way. matlab he hasnt even thought about Romi! Hadh hai. atleast aaj toh uski dimaag ki batti jalein.

I dont think people want Rumi for Sahiba. its merely that Romi is smart, well written villain character who is interesting to watch because he's dangerous and theres an element of suspense.that doesn't mean people want to see Rumi Sahiba endgame. Neither makers nor audience condone his actions as "acceptable" and in the end he will be punished or killed.

people who have committed outright crimes like Seerat, Manbeer, Angad etc are going without consequences in the plot.

Sahiba koh toh kaafi torture kiya for her family's deeds, frauds that she didn't completely shut down. Gary ko maar daala. But main criminals have no consequences.

I'd rather watch outright psycho villain like Romi than dubious confused characters who are inconsistent.

Then so is Angad! He is after his own saali and dead bhais biwi! Giving all allowances in the name of being responsible!!
