I think they couldn't find a body double matching Himanshi's physique (or maybe just thought why should they? Extra artist = extra kharcha) so they made Himanshi do the scene but in the actual episode they wouldn't show her face and pass her off as someone else.

Cause if it's really Sahiba, it would be a case closed situation for Angad. How will they prove him innocent? Mummy & Seerat ji ne milkar full bandobast kar rakkhe hai to make him come across as the murderer

If it's sahiba why will angad run to search sahiba or proving his innocence.

He would go in shock n depression.
