But ultimately, biological parents ki hi chalegi over guardian if parents of the minor child are alive.

As far as i know to get ancestral property your father need to get it first? Thats what i know..Prev Grand parents property directly inherited go grand kids but now it seems parents need to have rights then only kids get it? Why is Angad shown deciding to give up kid for adoption? Unless Inder asked him to. Usska kya haq hai?

Waise ab kya hi argue kare, episode air hone do. Like I said agar Manveer suicide threaten karegi toh Angad giving up is alright morally, dicey legally. If he does it because he hates the kid now, kya hi bole.

Guess inder & angad will have a talk in private, where inder can give his clarification (I still don't believe, he has any strong points to keep & ema is absolutely unacceptable). But kuch toh bolega hi apni taraf se if not for himself atleast for the sake of simran & sahiba. If they have a talk he might mention about manbir knowing about gayatri.

Didn't we had an earlier spoiler that angad supports simran which irks manveer. Uska kya hua ? galat tha ya uss track to avoid kar diya?

Wahi he had EMA..Now expecting accept Simran is too much..At end Angad accept but he need to process as any kid to accept parents EMA is not easy esp those kids who craved for father care, support his whole life..That to imagine if he know his father ignored him bec he have another family..many of them hard to accept..Many hate parent whole life distance themselves ..Most of the crimes happening bec of EMA one of the partner do extreme or kids have traumatic childhood..As emotions come after you think you got cheated is extreme..Many not able to control end up doing something.

So either way EMA destroy happy families ..Writers not showed much detail just inder came said he love Gayathri if we see timeline he clearly had affair when Angad at 13-14 age ,so imagine what Inder did..So pathetic he just destroyed a happy family..as Angad said they used to come happily to gurdwara one day it changed they stopped.
