I don't think Angad is a good character though its being shown as one.He's both grey and toxic-he has no trust on Sahiba and had constantly berated her integrity while alloting her the Servant's Quarters.Which Husband allots Servant's Quarters for his wife?

And it's not that he doesn't know Seerat's real truth.He himself gives open invitations to Seerat to come into his room so why blame Seerat alone?

The only good thing he has done so far is restore the shop of the Mongas.

Basically to show Garry is right. Makers khel gaye. Track started with client saying the truth about Angad Seerat , ended with Garry revealing truth. Makers bol rahe ki villain humesha galat nahi hota, jo baat Sahiba ko nazar nahi aati her enemies can see.
