On its own merits - this show is fine. Has all the standard itv tropes in its own way. And leads are also typical extra good, quasi brainless characters who will speak to everyone except each other. Negativity is also same 90% negative scenes and 10% positive. Having low low expectations is working well in my favor! 😆

Yes the show by itself is quite good. It’s the comparisons with the original and the negativity because of that that is spoiling it for many who have not watched the original. Though seerat was whitewashed she is paying for it in a way and to be frank the way they made her a Brar bahu is more practical than the fake pregnancy track. The seerat here will be a more venomous vamp when she turns one due to jealousy. Anyways nothing we can do about the constant comparisons and the assumptions and predictions based on orginal before something actually happens here. The drop in numbers may also be a natural happening as after 5 months we need something spicy to perk up again for any show
