Sahiba isn't falling for him. She is just being herself. In fact, she is currently behaving most sensibly despite her misgivings about Angad. She understands her family is wrong; she also understands that she has been unintentionally part of it, and she understands Angad is in pain. Despite her issues with Angad, she has never gone on to behave cold or mean with the family unless instigated.
It's Angad who acts abnormally. Sahiba has never gone to the man, and Angad has always come to her - whether drunk or sober. In spite of not doing any Angad-type activities at Monga's house, he is still behaving weirdly. He is unapologetic about his actions, and he, like the rest of the Brars, blames Sahiba for all the problems since they actively cannot do it with the real culprits - Garry and Seerat.
So no, the extreme emotion Angad feels of anger will lead to more extreme in terms of love, as he is such a "dhuh" in terms of expression.
And let's not read between the lines. Sahiba actually meant when she said she has no expectations from him or his mom cause they have shown her that she can never mean anything to them. And that will never allow her to take the first step toward him cause he will always judge her for her class, looks, work, and whatnot. So, I don't see her falling for him so soon. Even if she does, she doesn't trust Angad enough to accept anything. Angad has to try hard in this case, just as much as Sahiba has to prove that she is fit to be a Brar.
I totally agree with you, sahiba is in such a condition where someone could be in depression than in love. She is adjusting and observing the brar family, who are behaving worst and she is fighting with this new developments in her life as someone's wife.
I don't think she will fall for him so soon, infact manbeet rules and regulations she will not go against with that. She knows that this lady will never accept her and would let her live as peacefully. So I would say she will try hard to avoid Angad.
In my opinion and as per story line, it is Angad who will fall first and will have to prep up hard to make sahiba his... She is never going to accept him and infact she will leave him more to prove her worth in his life indirectly.
