So possibly Angad get drunks and after instigated by Garry he in a drunken state goes to Sahiba and pours out his feelings and frustrations and next day after finding himself in her room chances are high that everyone blames Sahiba

We are supposed to assume Seerat kidnapped/killed one of their waitress, stole her uniform and nameplate and took her place. They just didn't show it because TMD is of genre Romance - Drama, not crime thriller 😅
