This "drama" about Amaya leaving gajanand in the car park to "die" was a bit over much. As usual Sneha disappointed me by slapping Amaya on the cheek. (sometimes I wonder if she is her real mother or step mother)
Anyways Sneha calls her "jhoothi kayki" but isn't Gajanand jhootha kayka"?Gajanand did not tell Sneha that Amaya wanted to help him and tried to give him water and he spoke such harsh words to her that he preferred to die rather than take help from Amaya? That even at that stage he spoke ill of Amaya's father? Why did he not tell Pushpa the truth of what he spoke to Amaya when he was suffering from heart attack? Also why does Amaya do the drama about not telling the truth to at least Pushpa? At least Pushpa should know the truth abut Gajanand speaking such harsh rude words to Amaya when she begged him to take water saying treat her like a stranger. The man is a liar but Pushpa should know the truth about Gajanand and what happened that day.and Sneha I have no words to describe her. She is downright rude and nasty towards her own kid. and there is no excuse for that.Did she go for a walk in the moon all these years?. Agreed Rishi Mathur spoilt his daughter but if Sneha and Rishi had such an ideol life Sneha would have had at least a few opporunities to tell Amaya the truth about life and the importance to save money.

Well,I have to still watch yesterday's episode...but I do think Sneha was wrong ( I have been brought up in western society ...where such behavior from parents is not acceptable and considered almost a crime)...but from Indian/Asian perspective it can be called wrong.
Although I do feel Amaya had told the truth...still had appreciated if sneha had questioned herself...that whether her daughters can be so insensitive..Last, you are right...when you say...that Amaya/girls don't value money and RM is not only responsible...to me what girls are today...good or bad both Sneha and RM are responsible. What I feel is that Sneha's love for others is beyond extreme..and therefore she can do anything...for others happiness...she never seriously questioned RM about anything whether his business or wayof bringing girls, or in case of Hari mortgaged her only house without even realizing the consequences.
I think I discussed about mother slapping her child...Amaya is a girl...but Sneha slapped her coz she thought her child was wrong...there was no gender bias in her approach...Originally posted by: pyaaribehna
Well I have been brought up in Indian society in a household where orthodox values regarding relgiion were followed.
But where boys and girls were treated equal.
Where daughters were never ill treated. Never treated like they are lesser than sons.
Never hands were raised at daughters . Not even by the mothers.
All these happened in a small town in rural india.
I learnt to respect women and to treat them with respect. From my own home. from my parents from rural India. I cannot tolerate anyone ill treating women because of where I grew up from.
Leave alone raising hands even shouting was unheard of . And all these girls from our household are very nice educated accommodative girls who married and are well respected in their in laws houses.
No culture accepts raising hands at women.
I too feel Amaya should have told the truth. It was only Pushpa and Sneha there. Gajanand was not even there. What is the point of hiding the truth.
Amaya should also have told what Gajanand said to her that he did not want to be saved by her. That would have made Pushpa realize what her husband is . Important that Amaya told the truth.
