is he rishi's brother??... when I checked tere sheher mein Wikipedia there it was given amar upadhyay as Dev MATHUR ...

I don't I wouldn't trust wikipedia because anyone can log on and edit the information so won't trust until Dev is introduced

dev is someone related to sneha's past...lets wait and watch how mystery unfolds...don't trust wiki...

but on 2nd thoughts...it can be possible...dev being a elder or younger brother of rishi...since rishi's family is not mention
