I have heard it....she fakes it sometimes just to add a style into her speech.....but that doesnt suit her.....I like her otherwise but not when she fakes accent

Farah herself was very candid in admitting that she has a lisp on the Hritik and Kangana show that was recently broadcast. It is not her fault for lisping. Mother nature dealt her a lousy hand, but it is admirable that she did not curl up in a corner, nor drown in self pity. Instead and in spite of the lisp, she has succeeded in more than one area in this very doggy dog bollywood industry. That alone is very heart warming.
