Taani-Anu-Ritesh

hi guys so i watched the episodes again wher anu was mental & the only thing that made me think that taani could have maried ritesh is she had sindur and mangalsutr but i also thought maybe she had married anu and something happened but she also said that she just found out that anu is here...if they were living together then she should have known that he is in the mental aslyum...????
