Anurag-Taani to get engaged in Tere Liye?
Tere Liye will see a new twist in the tale in the coming week when Anurag (Harshad Chopda) tries to mend his family's relations with Taani's (Anupriya Kapoor) family, but his efforts will go in vain when Ritesh will spoil the plan. But Anurag won't easily give up.
A source says, "Anu wants Shekhar to inaugurate Bimalendu's new shop. Laboni is not in favour of this. Anu emotionally blackmails her and convinces her for this. She decides to forget the past and is happy about her late husband's wish getting fulfilled. Taani too is very happy with Anu's efforts of bringing both families together. Shekhar agrees to come for the opening of his friend's mithai shop in Kolkata.
"On the day of the ceremony when Anu reaches the venue, Taani hugs him and the media present there click their picture. Later suddenly the police arrive and arrest Taposh. They charge him for ragging a girl in college when it's actually Robindo who has done it. Ritesh knows the truth but does not want the two families to come together so he registers a complaint against Taposh. Laboni is once again upset with this and there would be tension between them."
But Anu does not lose the hope and plans a small party at his place with help from his mother Nilanjana to patch up with Taani's family. Nilanjana tells Laboni they will announce Anu-Taani's engagement at the party. Laboni agrees to come. Nilajana also invites Arindam, who is in the US, for the function. Arindam's daughter Nupur who is in love with Anu happens to see Anu-Taani's picture in the newspapers and is also shocked to hear about Anu's engagement. They decides to come to India."
Nupur's entry has been pushed ahead as the production house is still hunting for a new girl to play this role after Neha Janpandit left the show. If they find the right girl then Nupur's character may enter the show next week.
