Written and Video Update- August 4th

The episode starts with a relative/friend of Shekhar saying that the party looks good, and then the man asking where Ananya is. Just then, Ananya walks down the stairs with Ritesh, and they both greet guests. Anurag is scanning the room and Robindo comes up to him, asking Anurag who he is looking for. Robindo jokes by asking whether he is looking for Subodh. Anurag raises his hand to hit him, but stops midway and walks off, continuing to look around the room. Robindo again comes up to him and jokes whether Anurag is looking for AM and PM (Haha, Anurag's expression is hilarious 😆). Anurag hits the side of Robindo's head and tells him that he is wrong, that he is waiting for Taani. Robindo tells him that there is no point in waiting for Taani, as she would come even if she was not called. Robindo tells Anurag that Taani has arrived, but when Anurag happily looks towards the door he finds no-one there. Robindo vanishes, and Anurag mutters that once Robindo comes in is hold he will give him four slaps, but only count one. Robindo pops out of nowhere and mimics Anurag's line: 'Chaar maroon ga, aik ginoon ga'. (😆)
Bimal, Laboni and Taani enter the Ganguly house, greeting people as they walk in. Neelu and Shekhar spot them and walk up to them. Taani leaves to find Anurag. Bimal and Shekhar share an awkward silence before Shekhar smiles and they join hands. Neelu and Laboni look on contentedly (Awww, I'm glad they made up 😳). Shekhar takes Bimal further inside with him, paying no attention to Laboni (😭). Laboni gets hurt over this, but Neelu lovingly brings her inside. Scene switches to Anurag asking a waiter whether the cake and starters are ready and the waiter nods in reply. Anurag turns and finds Taani standing in front of him, wearing an orange dress. Anurag tells her that she is looking very good in the dress and Taani smiles. (Okay, I know he likes it, but still- orange everyday? 🤔)
Bimal and Laboni spot Ananya at the party, talking to some guests, and decide to go up and talk to her. Before they can reach her, Ananya turns and walks away with the guests. Bimal and Laboni get upset, and Neelu is also disappointed to see this. The scene changes to Ananya blowing the candles on her birthday cake, and everybody gathered around her singing 'Happy Birthday to You'. She feeds the cake to Ritesh, her parents and Anurag. She ignores Taani who is standing beside Anurag and moves to feed the cake to Robindo. Laboni and Bimal are surprised at this act of hers. Ananya further ignores Bimal and Laboni, walking past them to feed the cake to others (OMG, she acted as if they did not exist, as if they were invisible 😒). Shekhar and Neelu are shocked to see this but on the other hand, Ritesh is pleased. (😡 Wish you choke on your cake 😆)
Scene switches to Anurag answering a phone call from Poromita. PM asks him why he and Taani have not yet arrived at her birthday party. Anurag is about to explain when PM asks him whether he is upset with them. Anurag says that he has no reason to be upset with them, that it is Ananya's birthday party today and he cannot leave. PM starts talking about how they are her good friends and if they do not come to her party she will not like it. She pleads him to come for at least half an hour, and Anurag replies that he will ask Taani and come to the party for a little while.
Anurag sees Taani across the room, helping Robindo with his shirt. Anurag comes up to her and tells her that he needs to talk to her. Taani tells Robindo to go and see how good he looks now, before leaving with Anurag. Anurag tells her about PM's phone call, but Taani says they cannot leave when they themselves have such a big party going on in their house. Anurag says that this party will last a few more hours and that they will just go for a short while and then come back. Taani says that they will ask Neelu Maa's permission first, but Anurag asks whether she has gone crazy, as Neelu Maa would never let them go. He tells her that they will go without telling anyone and come back really quickly. Taani says that they should tell someone before going. Anurag persuades her and they leave.
Anurag and Taani arrive at the Green Valley Resort. They enter the party and PM looks happy to see them. She thanks them for coming to her party. Anurag and Taani wish her a happy birthday and give her a gift. Taani asks whether they are late, but PM says it does not matter. PM apologizes to Anurag and tells him that the cake is all finished, but Anurag tells her that he has stopped eating cake. Molly greets them, and another boy from their class (I don't know his name 😆, the one whose birthday it was a while back and Anurag refused to eat his cake 😛) begins talking about how great the place is. PM talks about a big, beautiful waterfall at the back of the resort, and Molly also says that it is very famous.
Taani asks why it is famous, and Molly replies that she does not know, but she heard that two lovers committed suicide there. Taani looks disinterested and Anurag frowns. Molly talks about the waterfall being a sign of their love. Taani rolls her eyes and says that it is a very boring, clichd and filmy story. PM and Molly go off to dance, but Anurag stops Taani from going. He asks her to come with his to the waterfall, but Taani says he has gone crazy (He's not yet, but he will be 😉😆). She says they managed to take out a bit of time and come to the party but they cannot go anywhere else as it will get too late. Anurag stresses that it won't get late, and they go to see the waterfall. (What's with Taani today? I mean, she doesn't even try to stress her argument, after one attempt she just agrees and goes with him 😕😆)
Scene switches back to the party at the Ganguly house. Laboni looks around the house and sees Ananya. She walks up to Ananya but Ananya moves to walk away. Laboni places a hand on her arm to stop her and wishes her a happy birthday. Bimal and Shekhar look on from the other side of the room. Laboni tells Ananya that she knows that Ananya is very angry with her, that she knows that Ananya does not want to look at her, let alone speak to her. Neelu and Ritesh also listen to the conversation. Laboni says that she is helpless, as on every single birthday of Ananya's, she has come over to give Ananya her blessings. She tells Ananya that if she doesn't want to speak to her, she can at least have sweets. She puts forward the box of sweets that she prepared, saying that she made all of Ananya's favourite sweets.
Ananya smiles and everyone gets happy, but this happiness fades as Ananya brushes past Laboni to greet another lady. Laboni is hurt, whereas Ritesh is happy (😡<< Again). Laboni turns to find Neelu in front of her and quickly turns again to wipe her tears. Neelu consoles her and tells her not to mind Ananya's actions, as she has not yet comes out of the shock and needs a bit of time. Neelu says that everything will be just as it was before, and Laboni nods. Neelu says that they are also her favourite sweets, and asks Laboni to give it to her. Laboni smiles and offers Neelu the sweets, and they both go to eat it. (I love Neelu 😳)
Scene switches to the waterfall and Anurag and Taani enjoying the view. Anurag talks about how it is a lover's point, and how the lovers were forcefully being separated, thus they came here and committed suicide. Taani looks surprised and asks whether he believes in these kinds of things, but Anurag pretends that he was just saying it casually. He then wonders that if the story is real then the spirits of the lovers would be wandering around there. Taani says that there is not such thing as ghosts and spirits. A mischievous look appears on Anurag's face and he begins making spooky noises. Taani shuffles closer to him and holds his arm. Anurag asks her what happened and then begins laughing, saying that she got scared. Taani shakes her head and says she did not get scared, that he is the one who gets scared easily. She reminds him of the time he got scared in the old ruined Temple.
At the party, Bimal and Shekhar are standing next to each other when Bimal begins coughing uncontrollably. Shekhar gets worried and asks if he is okay. Bimal tells him it is nothing, and that it's just a small cough that comes occasionally. Bimal tells him that at this stage, this sort of thing is unstoppable. Shekhar tells him to take care of himself. Ritesh looks at the two bitterly (Haha!! 😛) Shekhar is about to call Doctor Chatterjee, but Bimal stops him, saying that it is not so serious, and that he is fine. He tells Shekhar to tend to the other guests as he will be alright soon. Shekhar leaves. In the background Ritesh looks at Bimal resentfully, thinking how Bimal will not give up so easily, he will die himself, but will unite both families before doing so. He tells himself it is enough of the small attacks, now it is time for the last, big attack, which will break the foundation of their friendship.
Anurag and Taani are sitting on big rocks below the waterfall. Anurag is throwing rocks at the water and he asks Taani whether she thinks that two people can love each other enough to give up their lives for one another. He asks whether love can make two ordinary people do such noble and big things (Killing yourself is a big thing, but it is certainly not a noble thing, I can tell you that! 🤔 Even in love). Both then begin laughing, agreeing that it is too filmy. Taani teases Anurag by saying that if a boy like him can stop eating for a girl, then that is enough (Totally true 👏 Especially if the boy will lose weight and grow up to be the handsome Harshad Chopra 😍☺️). She laughs, but Anurag looks offended. He tells her that whoever will marry her will die thinking that he will have to spend the rest of his future with her, and that suicide will not be needed. He begins laughing, but Taani looks offended. She begins playfully strangling him.
Anurag and Taani are back at PM's party, and they tell PM that it is late now and they have to leave. Taani tells PM that it was a really nice party and they enjoyed it. Molly takes Taani away to show her something. PM apologizes to Anurag about the humiliation him and Taani had to face because of her. Anurag gets shocked. PM tells him that it was not her intention to embarrass them, but it got spread easily. Anurag asks her how she could do such a thing, as there was nothing between him and Taani. PM reveals to him that it was Subodh who had created the misunderstanding in the first place, and that she could not even see from far away, but Subodh told her that Anurag and Taani were kissing. Anurag is stunned to hear this. Anurag remembers Taani's hurt face and then asks where Subodh is. A boy tells him that Subodh went towards the waterfall. Anurag leaves the party angrily (Oooh, something's going to happen now 😆). PM panics and goes to Taani and tells her what happened.
Anurag sees Subodh near the bottom of the waterfall and calls out his name loudly. Subodh turns to look at Anurag and Anurag comes down to stand in front of him. Subodh tells him to relax, and asks why he is getting so angry. Anurag reminds him that he had told Subodh not to test his patience, and that he won't leave anyone who will come in between him and Taani. He demands why Subodh did what he did, and what does Subodh think of himself. Subodh shrugs and asks what he has done. Anurag frowns and says that if Subodh thinks that he can insult anyone, make fun of others and spread false rumours and that no one will say anything to him in return, then he is wrong. Anurag asks Subodh to tell him when he saw Anurag and Taani kiss. Subodh looks nervous. Anurag asks why Subodh is quiet all of a sudden, and asks if he is scared. Subodh says that he has no reason to be scared, and that he has not done anything wrong as he just said what he saw.
Anurag shouts but Subodh tells him to stop shouting, as his shouting will not hide his actions. Subodh asks what Anurag and Taani were doing during the hunting time, as Taani was standing so close to him. Anurag makes a face and tells Subodh that there is a lot of dirt filled in his head. He tells Subodh that Taani was standing close to him because something went in his eye. He says only Subodh can think of something as low as that. Anurag says that Subodh did this on purpose, to take revenge for when Anurag told him off and embarrassed him in class the other day. Subodh says enough, that Anurag has spoken a lot, and that just because he isn't speaking, Anurag is getting the chance to speak whatever he likes. He tells Anurag to leave, otherwise he would get angry. Anurag shouts that he is not scared of Subodh's anger. He says that it was Subodh's mistake, and that Anurag saw what Subodh did, but now Subodh has to see what Anurag can do.
Anurag talks about how Subodh made Taani cry and that now he has to watch what Anurag does. He pushes Subodh and Subodh stumbles backwards. But then Subodh pushes Anurag back. They begin fighting and pushing each other as the water from the waterfall drenches them. Subodh punches Anurag in the stomach (Watching it made me laugh so much 😆). Taani arrives at the top of the waterfall, stunned to see Anurag and Subodh fighting. She calls out their names and asks what they are doing. Subodh picks up a rock, and Taani calls out his name. Subodh throws the rock at Anurag's face and it hits Anurag on the head. He falls backwards and Taani shouts out his name. The screen goes black and white and then shows a flash-forward. Grown up Taani alongside the matron of the mental asylum are standing on top of the waterfall. Taani tells the matron that it was because of this place that a new turn of events took place in their lives. The matron looks surprised. Taani says that it was a new moment, but that day she lost Anurag. Episode ends.
RATING- 8/10
Not a bad episode, the ending was not as I expected, but I guess the next episode will show another turn of events, especially after reading the articles 😛 At least in the future, there will be no Subodh in the picture . I'm happy that Bimal and Shekhar have decided to forgive and forget. Ananya was too cold in the episode, I was really surprised that she did not even feed Taani cake 😲- what did that poor girl do to her? I'm really dreading what Ritesh is going to do next- I just hope Bimal and Shekhar don't separate. Anyway, please leap happen soon. Creative's, we beg of you, please bring the leap soon. I can't wait any longer, I want a leap, I want a leap, I want a leap!!! I want Harshad, I want Harshad, I want Harshad 😳😆
