The show starts with Akshay deciding to operate Neeti after knowing she's diabetic.
He announces the news to Vijaya.
They need the BEST Anaesthetist of the in India and irfan and Akshay suggest Nandini name.
Vijaya calls her but the doc is busy thinking if ever Vijaya got to know about her trip to Lonavala with akshay.
At the end she picks her phone and asks about Neeti...Vijaya asks how does she know?? She begins to stammer finally irfan saves her by taking the phone from Vijaya and lies about himself informing the same to Nandini previously.
Akshay parents are on their way to join the couple...
Abhya and Ratan arrive at the hospital and (Ratan surprised me) Ratan talks so sweetly and was worried for Neeti and looks like he can play a positive character.
He asks irfan to check his blood group and if needed he can gives all his blood😆
Everyone begin to pray and the surgery starts... Akshay prays to god that he's successful to save his princess. Nandini as a support of akshay keeps encouraging him.
After a successful surgery Akshay comes out and hug Mrs Sinha. Dr Bhatt sees it and is jealous she put her hand on Akshay shoulder he looks at her and once again begins to take care of his Mrs, wipes her tears and asks her not to cry.(He's a teacher and can teach others how to cheat their wives)
Irfan as always there to support Nandini. Neelima sees Nandini in the corridor.
Nandini tells irfan they are Akshay parents.
Raquesh is so proud of Vijaya and is happy that she's akshay wife's.
Vijaya asks Akshay how is he here from Delhi so quickly (Akshay as always has a prepared answer he's so used at lying that he can compete for it and wins the first prize)
He says he was on the flight and got down on emergency excuses(Not an easy task Mr sinha they will not let you out in few minutes you need to prove)
Akshay asks Vijaya to call Nilesh parents to know who's diabetic in order to give a proper medication to Neeti. Nilesh parents hate both Vijaya and Akshay(He separated Neeti from his grand parents and now plans to separate her from her mom😆😆)(I watched a film in Italian but I don't know the exact title in English the father never wanted his daughter to get married, any guy she found was not accepted by him)
Once again Vijaya hugs Akshay for being a very good father to Neeti.
