We all should understand the fact that every effort deserves appreciation...if one doesn't like something he/she should stay away from that rather than creating a negative environment or bashing actors...

Bashing actors-this is one thing where i still can't find any logic..

A single word of praise/appreciation can give the person who's working hard immense strength & inspire/encourage him/her to work harder...
