Yuvi meets with Twinkle. He asks whether she saw the birthmark. She tells him she did not. He tells her that they will come up with another plan. She says when Rocky touched her it felt as though Kunj was touching her. She tells Yuvi that she knows he cannot hear her saying this but she says the truth is that even after so many years it is only Kunj that resides in her heart.
Kunj is praising Pallavi on her acting skills. He says she played the role of the jealous girlfriend well. She says yes everthing is fake, this fake relation, fake engagement and then the fake marriage. He asks her what is wrong with her. He says she has many mood swings and he cannot handle that. She tells him that everything is about him alone. She says its about his revenge, his family and his Twinkle. He says what. She says never mind and asks him to leave from there.
Yuvi is telling Twinkle that they will bring out Rocky's truth. He says he won't let her get false hopes. He asks her not to worry and says he is strong and can handle if Rocky is really Kunj. Pallavi is drinking alcohol and says she wishes that Kunj could understand her feelings for him.
Yuvi is about to leave Twinkle's when he hears a sound. He hides behind the couch. It's Pallavi. She starts talking in a drunken state to Twinkle. She says that Twinkle is very lucky as everyone talks about her. Twinkle asks her to sit but she refuses. Pallavi says that because of Twinkle her life is destroyed. Twinkle is confused. Palavi says when he came to her he was as good as dead. She says she nursed him back to life. She says she left everything for him but all is about Twinkle. Twinkle asks her who she is talking about. Pallavi says he and then faints. Yuvi comes out from hiding. Twinkle tells him that her suspicion of Rocky is might be true. Yuvi tells her that they wll find eveidence in Goa. He says he will go there.
Yuvi arrives in Goa and starts asking questions about the incident that happened five years agao. One man says he he remembers and says he is the one that had saved the guy. He says he took him to hospital as his face was badly damaged. Yuvi asks what date this was. The man tells him it was the 20th May. Yuvi syas that this could only that this is related to Kunj.
Twinkle is in Rocky's room searching for a clue. She finds nothing so she checks the internet. He rsearch shows only stuff from five years and not before. Meanwhile, Yuvi is a the hospital in Goa. He asks around. The receptionist confirms that someone was brought in five years ago from the beach. He asks for the name of the patient. He is told that the patient had no identity and that a doctor Malhorta treated him. Yuvi wants to meet the doctor but is informed that the doctor does not work there any more. Yuvi requests a copy of the patient's file and is given same. He is shocked by what he reads. He leaves from there.
Yuvi brings file for Twinkle and she is shocked that the doctor was none other than Pallavi. Twinkle says the date of admission is the same as the day the got news of Kunj's death. SHe says this means that Rocky is her Kunj. Yuvi agrees and says they need to get Rocky to reveal his truth. Twinkle says if Rocky is Kunj then why was he did he do those aweful things to the family. Yuvi asks her not to worry. She says she does not know how to thank him for all that he has done. He tells her not to worry and makes her sleep.
Yuvi comes to his room broken. He cries that he is final understanding what love is. He prays to God to let him unite with Twinkle. He cries badly.
In the morning Twinkle meets Pallavi. Twinkle demands the truth from her. Pallavi confirms she did the surgery but then Kunj left. She says that her and Rocky are childhood friends. SHe says she resgned her job to be with him. she shows Twinkle photographs of her and Rocky in their younger years. She says that Rocky is not Kunj...
Precap---- Twinkle tells Yuvi her confusion has increased since her talk with Pallavi. He tells her don't worry they will find out whether Roacky is Kunj. Leela hears this and drops the tea tray.
