well i agree they performed the rituals of the marriage but that doesn't mean they are married. For one i am sure every culture, religion and community emphasises consent. And for something like marriage, how is it possible that anyone can trick you into anything. Marriage as we all believe in is something very important which can't happen without the girl and the guys consent.
Religiously or by law the marriage is null. If just by completing the rituals of putting sindoor or mangalsutra you get married then the actors who portray these scenes would never do that.
If these rituals are imp- yes but it requires the will of both parties involved
