^^ Areeba, I am not here for too long and it hasn't gotten anything to do with the show itself. Finals, kids, work and family is really occupying my time.
I do agree that the spiritual aspect of hinduism states that you are bound to your spouse for seven lifetimes, but I would like to add that this is often used as a reason to keep women in relationships they aren't willing participants off. If i may add a corollary to your statement the binding of two souls whether it be via the legal system or religious beliefs is only valid when both willingly enter into that bond.I have complete belief that Twinkle is going to pay back Yuvi in his own coin and show him how exactly he has bitten off more than he could chew. He always wanted to marry Twinkle to bring shame to the Taneja's but now he has only manage to piss off Twinkle and Kunj! Yuvi is in for a world of pain!
TOTALLY AGREE.
While Twinkle didn't love or respect Kunj that much, she willingly took the decision of marrying him. She had her mother's support to say 'NO' to the marriage if she had doubts regarding the Farmhouse incident, and it was a wrong and impulsive step on Twinkle's behalf; she was a willing entrant into the marriage with Kunj.
With Yuvi, she has been duped! With the divorce papers as well, they both signed it under pretext of signing contract papers and the papers haven't been filed yet.
Particular to this show and it's story, in accordance to religious and legal laws, the wedding ceremony isn't valid which is something that is soothing for me.
Yuvi of course is a leech who was never taught the meaning of NO.
Oh he has pissed Twinkle off bad and she won't be forgiving at all. That's the funny part that Twinkle had forgiven him for everything but she didn't forgive him for Mahi and she will not forgive him for the pain all of this is causing Kunj. (Girl thinks way to much about others.) I'm excited to see how maxi's return is announced and how Kunj and Twinkle manage to crush Yuvi.
