Today was the climax episode of this track. The power-packed episode held the revelation and open doors to new questions. With an action and dialogue driven episode, there is little stage to set and more to reveal which is why my post would be considerably shorter today.

In EP 159's analysis, I mentioned that Usha's presence is going to have a significant impact on Kunj and Twinkle's relationship. For Kunj, his mother is above everyone else. When Kunj fell in love with Alisha, he made sure to fulfill all her demands but the only thing he disagreed on was leaving his family. Same with Twinkle. The first time he started to feel his admiration for Twinkle grow back was when Twinkle fainted in the gurdwara because of praying for his family. Similarly in today's episode, he was about to kiss her but he moved away just as his brother called and without looking back or even telling her anything, he rushed out from the venue. Twinkle is Kunj's wife and he accepts that. BUT Twinkle is yet to become part of his family and that wouldn't happen until Usha welcomes Twinkle as Kunj's wife instead of the Sarna Bahu.

Now coming towards the hospital. I loved every single person n the screen in that scene. Everyone gave their best! Especially Sidhant. He is always amazing with the emotional and intense scenes where as Jasmine holds the crown in comedy. I think it's because her smile is very contagious.

The portrayal of strained relationship between Knuj and Manohar is written and shot very magnificently. In our 'desi' culture, there are many parents who are so driven by providing the best and being the best, that they forget to actually look at their kids and know wether they actually want anything or not. Kunj has only been seen to open up to his own mother till now. This first interaction between him and Twinkle allowed their relationship to finally progress. Just minutes ago they confessed their love to one another so it was natural that in the most vulnerable state, he'd be only be able to open up to Twinkle. The fact that Kunj repeatedly asked whether he was strong, calm and composed signified how much he wants to make sure that whatever happens, his family will stay united and be there for one another. The hug was shot beautifully. I loved how the scene was shot away from all the family members in a secluded corner. It signified the space between their relationship and the family's relationship.

In EP 162, when everyone sat down for antakshari, I pointed out the placement of ll the characters. While Manohar and Twinkle were on one end, the mothers and Kunj on the other and the heads/advisors to the family were on another. Today in the hospital, after his arrival and throughout the rest of the revelation, Twinkle stood on the opposite side, in the pathway towards the ICU while the whole family, including Leela was on the other side. Kunj meanwhile stood in the middle, his posture slanted half and half towards his family and towards Twinkle.

As I said before, the episode was more action and dialogue driven so there is nothing to nit-pick from the conversation except understanding that where is everyone standing right now and whom does everyone hold responsible for all of this. I absolutely loved Leela's conflicted expressions during the whole ordeal. You could see her understanding that Anita is behind all this somehow but she also understood that Twinkle's decision to not hold Kunj in her confidence has led towards escalation.

I mentioned before in previous week's posts that Kunj will be angry at Twinkle for hiding the real reason of her participation but he will be relieved that Twinkle handled everything. I am so glad that used the lodge flashback because throughout the whole revelation, Kunj was very conflicted in what to believe and what not to believe but once he remembered the distress Twinkle had to endure, he was sure about the fact that she is no responsible for leaking the photos. It shows here not only Kunj's lack of trust on Twinkle and only believing her based on evidence, but also how he felt that maybe she still hasn't granted her the right of a husband completely by not holding him in confidence. I think we can all agree that the portrayal of such complex emotions was done perfectly. The positioning of the characters was so much significant in this because Kunj turns his back on Anita and moves more towards Twinkle. He believes what she is saying but he is not approving of what she has done and the harm she put herself through it.

There is one thing Kunj knows about Twinkle very clearly from the instance he met her. This girl would do anything for her family because she has first-hand witnessed the struggles parents go through for providing their children with a secure future. I loved how he did not question anything past Twinkle's revelation of Mrs. Amritsar because he knew that family holds the value of utmost importance towards Twinkle. However despite that I would say that his anger was justified. No matter how strained relationships are, Kunj not knowing about this beforehand has only created more complexities between him and Twinkle.

While everyone was at the hospital, Yuvraj was not. It's very properly portrayed how even Anita has different priorities whereas for Yuvraj, his junoon of Twinkle accounts for everything. In his mind, whatever crap he has pulled is to bring him and Twinkle closer. His obsession has taken over his life so much that he cannot see that Twinkle not only hates him but also despises his existence. Poor bloke. He has no idea what he has done is going to tear him down.

I think Manohar is slipping into coma to give time to Twinkle to sort all this mess out and to give Kunj the time to clear up Twinkle's name in front of the family. His first station would be Usha, then Bebe and then Leela as I mentioned when I analyzed the 'sham hone aye' song before there first date. Only after that would Manohar pull out of coma and when Kunj will see his family settle, he will focus back on Twinkle and his' relationship.

I actually enjoyed the episode. It's going to be interesting how Twinkle and Kunj work on the same thing but from different corners. Also, I love an angry Kunj. ☺️

beautifully written love! A great yet to the point analysis.

Sid, definitely, deserves as much appreciation as possible. If a male lead can make the audience cry you know hes a fantastic actor...for them to be able to emote and showgenuineemotion and not to go over the top has a very thin line in between.Genuineis the word tonight. The way he cried and repeatedly asked for reassurance from Twinkle, depicted that they have come a far way but still arent there yet. Jasmine's expression were good in the end when she was telling how she knew about the pictures but I thought she could have shown a bit more emotion when Kunj was breaking down, I love her before anyone jumps on me but I wanted a bit more emotion. Yet, the way they hugged was beautifully, showed he finally found comfort in someone and is comfortable to finally open up to someone else.

As all of you mentioned, he still doesnt consider that Twinkle considers his family hers as well. I believe its an unintentional thought that he does not realize he has. TBH, I believe it all comes down when his mother accepts as the DIL of the house not only his wife, and that little barrier left between Kunj and Twinkle will be resolved. Then it wont be "mera Parivaar" but "Ours."

From day 1, Twinkle has been kept in this protective embrace created by her own husband, Kunj, even though she did not realize it in the beginning but does now. No matter what happened, Kunj was there to back her up, to lead her right back to him. This time even though he knew she wasnt wrong but she was not right either. I felt like not only was he hurt that she hid something as such from him but also that Kunj was always there for her, he wanted her to tell him and be right next to him to solve the problem, as partners like the norm. Hence, why she was so shocked when he walked away from her. Hopefully she remains strong and continues to fight and get to the bottom of this.

However, Jasmine did great when telling about how she knew about the pictures, Twinkle confessing that by herself, showed her innocence. She was baffled as to how the pictures went viral when she had done everything she could have. She did not know herstrategywould backfire on her, rather she did what she thought was in everyones best interest. And I hope Kunj focuses on the main points as well, he has got the first one down that she did not give the videos to the media, but other two main ones. One that she almost got raped for trying to save HIS fathers reputation who she considers hers too, and second that it would have put on a further restraint to his relationship with his father.

I would also like to add how you have very valid points in your post! Desi parents sometimes do forget to be parents and just a normal friend to their child then trying to bring the best of the best. Sometimes a few words weigh a lot more than materialistic life. I loved how Kunj realized that life is really short and there is no point in holding grudges so he wanted to confess his love to his father, i hope when the father comes out of coma he does the same to Kunj. The older brother iscompletely useless, Kunj had to step up to take care of all the ladies and console them.

Itll be interesting to see how these two fight and come back together on the same path.

I also agree with the protective bubble. From the moment Kunj got married to Twinkle, he had helped Twinkle and stood by her. While he himself called it his responsibility , on a subconscious level the feelings between them of something being present were what urged him. Point is that Twinkle was protected by his support and now for the first time she doesn't have anyone on her side because she kept the whole thing to herself.

I'm very glad they are showing such an event because this will be catalyst in terms of laying a stronger foundation.

I agree with your thoughts on Jasmine's acting. She's improving but she lacks a great deal in emotional scenes where Sidhant steals the spotlight. Her expressions in the end with the whole reevaluation fiasco were good. Sidhant was the state of today's episode however. He displayed such a varying range of emotions so eloquently and so perfectly.

I did reply to your comment on Teddy's post, couldnt help it😆. See its all a circle...even if this didnt come out in the open and kunj and twinkle had gotten closer, physically and mentally, there would have been this emptiness in their relationship because the most important person in his life would not have accepted his love as her DIL. See, its a completely different concept; if she accepts Twinkle as her sons wife because in that manner she isnt acknowledging her relationship with Twinkle, but just her sons. however, it brings a whole new portrayal of emotions when she sees and accepts her relationship with Twinkle in a dignified manner.

Even tho Kunj regretted not telling his father how much he loved him regardless of the misunderstandings and restraints in their relationship, hes still Kunj's father. But his mother is a whole different story. She was a friend, a mother, a person who he could be himself with not what his father wanted him to be. Kunj's fathers intentions might have been right because he wanted the best of the best for his son, but while he tried to give that to Kunj he forgot to give his son the most honorable and important thing a parent could give his/her child, love. When he wakes up, I hope his ass realizes and gives Kunj, his son, the respect and love he deserves, because his older son is useless tbh.

LOL I forgot my main point, went off on a tangent😆. Kunj driving off a one somewhere is a good thing for itll give him time to think alone,without anyones input and interruption. I hope he listens to twinkle when he realizes she had put her life in danger to do what she could for his FATHER that she also considers hers. Additionally, he was so scarred just by hearing those men's comments on his wife, then she actually almost got raped, so these flashbacks might snap something good in him and get her back and eventually reveal the real culprit.

IDK, Jasmine was a bit off during the break down scene of Kunjs! hopefully next time she can emote better, it looked like she was more shocked than upset

I could not agree more. The one thing i found different about his relationship with Twinkle is that he was okay to shifting to Canada leaving everyone for Twinkle's sake, to leave Mahi. That gives us a bit of hope that she is a higher priority. There is just gonna be time till she becomes the first priority. Feel like that will be soon though.

I am so glad that he is not mad at her for the leak and it is for hiding things from him. It may sound selfish but atleast he is mad a bit for their relationship

Sorry I am late but i liked the episode too because it brings a lot for Kunj and Twinkle's relationship. Cannot wait for this track even though I am going to shed tears. Awesome post
