In today's twinj bedroom scene...where kunj remembers fb of first CPR and twinkys shouting, gurudwara scene and second cpr ...but I dnt understand the connection.. Y ??

he is not yet sure at what point does Twinkle stand on their relationship. He knows there is progress but he needs verbal assurance and validation from Twinkle as well because of the past history between them. He was confused because he once again performed CPR and the first time he did, twinkle's reaction was different and now with her touching his feet, she gave a shout out in actions saying she's submitting herself to him but the words she uttered when he asked did not clear up anything.

Everything keeps getting complicated between them. The reason why he thinks fresh start will help them sort their feelings out.

I agree with Areeba haha, Kunj needs some serious validation, everything is changing and it's all so new so he's bound to rewind time to time.
