Why isn't Kunj suspended from the Management Institute ab tak?

I mean he goes with a decorated face No institute will allow it

His fight with UV at the hospital

Boxing match

Hooligans ko peeta

Now spoilers are saying another boxing match between him n UV

CVs do remember that he is a student at a prestigious Management Institute
