Omg girl, this is beautiful. Every little action on either one's behalf expresses the unconditional love they have for one another because Twinkle's pain is his pain. I wanted to be mad at Twinkle for suggesting that he just leave her, but I think it's one of her biggest insecurities. She is well aware of all the trouble Kunj has gone through because of her ex and so when someone is in such vulnerable position, her idea is that he should just leave her too like everyone else.
