Twinkle felt groggy her eyes becoming heavier with eah passng moment,her legs giving away,she was feeling a weakness engulfing her,Yuvi's re-entry,mahi's blind love for yuvi and so much happening in her life took a tool on her.

She was serving dinner to everyone when twinkle's body finally gave away,the bowl in her hand went down,crashing at the floor,broken into pieces the contents spilled on floor,her body falling on the ground but it never reached the ground as two strong arms held her,the arms of her husband she knew he would never allow her to fall,a faint smile appeared on her face before she slipped into unconciousness.
Doctor:I have given her a injection,she shouls be awake in a sometime,I believe this is due to some stress,her heart rate is high,her pulse rate and Bloof pressure is also high,I would suggest you to keep her away from the stress,if she will be exposed to the stress more she may have a newvous breakdown,I have prescribed some medicines,please get them and give them to her regularly,I will be coming in 3 days to check on her again,once again dont give her stress said the doctor to a worried kunj.
Kunj took the prescription and went to drop the doctor till he car.
He came back in the room and sat beside a sleeping twinkle,he cressed her forehead and placed a kiss there and said,
Kunj:Kyu leti hai itna stress,I know twinkle you are stressed due to yuvi coming back but I promise you I wont ket anything happen to you,I will always be there as a cover for you and now please get up soon,I am missing you bak bak!
He covered her with the warm covers,switched off the lights and existed the room silently.
Kunj informed usha that he will go and get twinkle's medicine as they have to give her medicine as soon as she wakes up.
Kunj was driving his car,the road was deserted,he had to reach to twinkle soon,today is something really special,he is dressed in a taxedo and has a gift packet and flowers with him.
Twinkle must be waiting for him,he is an hour late and he does not want her to wait more,he has waited enough to tell her that he loves her.
Twinkle was waiting for kunj in a place beautifully decorated with red and white flowers,baloons on the floors,candles a perfect date she thought,but kunj was late,he really was she waiting for him from past 1 hour.
Where was he she thought waiting for him.
Kunj pressed the accelator further,to reach there faster ,but his destination was still very much far away,it would take him an extra hour to reach to twinkle.
Twinkle sipped her coffe waiting for him,where was kunj,she dailed his number but he didnt accepted the call.
Twinkle dailed again and again but she didnt got any reply ,twinkle was getting tensed with each passing moment where was he.
He was driving when his eyes met his phone and he saw there were 45 missed calls from twinkle,he took his phone and dailed her number.
Twinkle picked his call and said,
Twinkle:Kunj kahan ho tum,I am waiting from such a long time.
Kunj:Twinkle I am on my way just stopped to get something imporatant.
Twinkle:I was so worried for you,reach fast i am getting bored kunj.
Kunj:I am just there,till then you can talk to me.
Twinkle:No its dangrous kunj you should not talk while driving,I will wait.
Kunj:Dont worry twinkle I am using bluetooth,It will not be an issue.
Twinkle:Okay so tell me what is all this.
Kunj:You will get to know everything in some time twinkle just have patience.
Twinkle:I am waiting from last 1 and a half hours.
Kunj:I know twinkle,But I'll be there shortly,Just few moments more.
Twinkle:Okay,waie ajj suddenly yeh sab kyu.
Kunj:Bas Mann kiya so kar liya siyappa queen.

kunj was driving when his eyes suddenly met a truck who was advancing towards his car on full speed,Kunj tried to change his direction but it was too late his car collided with the truck,the car rolled over and kunj shouted "Twinnklleee",and then it was boom.
Flames engulfed the car and everything turned into ashes in few minutes.
Kuuunnnjjj A loud sound came from twinkle's room,her scream was so loud that it reached the hall where kunj and everyone was present,kunj got scared when he heard the voice he was just going upstairs when he found twinkle coming down running.

And finally her body collided with his,the force with which she hugged him was strong and he stumbled few steps backwards.
Her old on him getting tighter and breathing getting faster,she was not stopping crying,to calm her down he huyged her back and said.
Kunj:Twinkle calm down I am here,see you are with me right now,I just went to get medicines for you.
It was as if twinkle was not listning to him her hold getting tighter on him as she cried more and more,soaking his shirt with her tears which were glowing continously,kunj has never seen twinkle like this,yes she has been weak infront of him but he have never seen her soo vulnerable,Maybe its due to yuvu coming back as all the past memories came flooding back but the way she is behaving is scaring him very much,he was just going to cup her face when he felt her going limp in his arms,her body giving away and she fell into a unconcious state but still mubling his name kunj kunj kunj kunj kunj.
Kunj patter her cheeks to make her wake up but she didnt,he picked her up in his arms and took her to thier bedroom.
He made her lay comfortably on the bed and asked everyone to stay outside he will handle her.
He sprinkled some drops of water on her face and twinkle slowly opened her eyes,the first words escaping her mouth were,Tum theek hoo na kunj,tumhe kuch hua toh nahi naa,wohh mai,he sushed her and said
Kunj:Twinkle I am fine see I am with you here,c'mon come here and sit and wipe off these tears off you face,tu aise rote hue achi nahi lagti.
Twinkle hugged him and said,
Twinkle:Kunj please mujhe chod kar kabhi bhi mat jana,mai jee nahi paunga,tumhe pata hai mai kitna darr gyi thi kunj,agar tumhe kuch ho jata toh
Kunj:Mai theek hun twinkle and I'll always be with you,I am not going anywhere.
He patted her back to give her assurence that he is here.
Twinkle hugged him tighter and refused to let him go,he decided to give her time.
Twinkle:Kunj,Yuvi aa gaya hai woh tumhe mujhse dur kardega,kunj mujhe bahut darr lag raha hai.
Kunj:Twinkle woh kuch bhi nahi kar payega,we are toghether and he wont be able to do any harm to us or our relationship,trutst.
He cupped face in his hands and said,
Kunj:Twinkle tujhe yuvi se darne ki koi zarorat nahi hai,mai hamesha tere sath hun no matter what,SAMJHI TUM!
Twinkle nodded her head and smiled faintly.
Kunj:Waise tu itna ghabra kyu gayi thi twinkle.
Twinkle:Kunj Because I love you.
Kunj looked at her with shocked expressions,he was stunned with a sudden confession.
Twinkle:I dont know kunj what you feel about me but I know that what I feel for you is love,I dont know how when and why but it just happened,I know kunj we had our problems but I know that I love you,and even the thought of loosing you makes me go numb,I get so worried that how will I live without you,Mujhe tumhari adat ho gayi hai kunj,tumhare buna jina ab mujhe manzoor nahi,Tum mujhse pyaar karo ya na karo kunj but mai tumse hamesha pyaar karungi,mai nahi chahati kunj ki tum bhi mujhse pyaar karo par bus itna chahiti hun ki tum hamesha mere sath raho kunj.
