I doubt that he'll reveal himself to kunj. Even anita slapped twinkle and although yuvi did lose his cool he kept his cover intact..

This track may result in kunj asking twinkle to leave his house and go because of bebe's condition and leela will stand in support of her daughter.

Maybe then yuvi will expose himself or get exposed somehow because this track will for sure come to an end in the very near future..

And then kunj's repentance will start. He'll try to make ammends and hopefully it'll be an intense track... In the end whatever that has happened will make twinj's bond stronger. And yes i feel that we'll get to witness alot of tashan between kunj and yuvi...

@Ragini Kunj already did max damage slapping Twinkle. Knowing Twinkle enough, Yuvi knows she will not take this lightly. Its his chance to get some sympathy from Twinkle standing for her on her most difficult times. He knows Twinkle may separate herself from Kunj which Yuvi wants. He wont stay in Sarna house without Twinkle, so its better if he reveals n mocks Kunj too in front of all. bcoz Bebe may refuse to take Twinkle, she still doesnt know about YuvLe relationship, does she? did i miss something? Wasnt Twinkle scared of bebe finding the truth. i think its better Yuvi reveals himself n stands for Twinkle coz this is the chance. He can tell Leela Twinkle in front of all, he acted kid only to show how Kunj does not trust Twinkle, he might instigate a lot which would work in his favor
