The episode starts of with Kunj asking Yuvi who hit him, Surjeet says it is Twinkle who hit him thats why Yuvi was saying he will never complain about her, Surjeet shouts and says Twinkle is the only one who did this. Kunj believes Yuvi, he shouts at Twinkle. Twinkle tries to explain Yuvi is a liar but Kunj dont believe her, he supports Yuvi.
Yuvraj is alone in his room he says he done all this to himself to frame Twinkle, he says when Kunj throws Twinkle out of Sarna House he will be there to support her.
Doctor comes to check Yuvi, he prescribes medicines and leaves. Kunj says he will put medicine on Yuvi. Yuvi says no Twinkle will put medicine on him he tells Kunj this no one will be angry with Twinkle and Yuvi and Twinkle will become friends again. Kunj tells Twinkle Yuvi is a kid he is supporting her, Kunj tells Twinkle to be friends with Yuvraj. Kunj says he will be back he is going to ring the chemist regarding Yuvi medication. Twinkle puts meds on Yuvi, Yuvraj is happy he says to himself Twinkle wanted to kick him out the house see now Kunj is making her look after him, soon he will make Twinkle his.
Leela rings Twinkle she tells Kunj Twinkle will never hit anyone let alone Yuvraj, Kunj says even he doesnt believe it but all the proofs are against Twinkle, Leela says even seeing with your eyes can be decieving, Kunj says he cant support Twinkle if shes wrong. Kunj says it is causing tension in there family, by all this it is affecting there marriage. Leela is upset.
Bebe tells Surjeet to give Manohar family property share, Surjeet says no he will not give them, he says he can think about giving Anand but Kunj he will never give him anything not after what Twinkle done to Yuvraj, he says Anita will punish Twinkle.
Twinkle Hugs Kunj, Saajna Ve plays in the background, Kunj says what happened? Twinkle says how can he even think she could hit Yuvi, she didnt do all this. Kunj says if any issue happens becuase of Twinkle in his family he will break their Tahan e Shaad, Twinkle is upset.
Yuvraj mixes something in the milk, he runs to give it to Kunj, Twinkle sees all this she runs after him. Yuvi says to Kunj to drink Milk he has it 3 times and Kunj says we shouldnt waste food and drink so he wants Kunj to drink it. Kunj was about to drink it, Twinkle comes there and tell him to stop. Twinkle tells Yuvraj to drink it. Twinkle says it nicely to Yuvraj to drink it, Kunj agrees with Twinkle.
Yuvraj says Twinkle think Yuvraj wants to hurt Kunj and its not like that Yuvi loves dost, Twinkle says no its not that she geninuely want him to get well soon so she wants him to drink it. Yuvi says ok he will drink it, Yuvraj drinks the milk.
Kunj fold his hand and tells Twinkle he begs her not to mistreat Yuvi, Kunj leaves. Twinkle is hurt, she says she will find proofs against Yuvraj and expose him.
