1) The main characters from each show coincidentally end up in the same place irrescpective of the fact they live in different cities or regions either because one character from one show invited people from another show or they just turn up out of nowhere.
2) They talk about each others problems and somehow they understand the problems as if it is a story they have been told a thousand times or they explain each others problems but with vague desriptions of incidents that have happened to them and they still somehow understand the story!
3) They give each other long-winded lectures and useless tips on how to overcome their issues backed up by ridiculously unneccesary philosophy and by the end of the discussion all you get out of the conversation between these characters are statements such as, 'You have to be strong! You can't let yourself become weak like this! You have to defeat your enemies and protect your loved ones at all cost!' Literally just all talk and stupid advice; they don't actually actively help each other in exposing the villians or give them ideas on how to defeat their enemies.
4) The characters forget their problems for a few minutes and engage in cheesy dance sequences with one another whilst the rest of the characters, and surprisingly even the villians grin and smile at the whole spectacle and happy dancing.
5) There might be one moment where there is interaction between the the villian from one show and the positive leads from another show and they engage in a session of casual smoldering glances at one another followed by a lecture from the positive chacters side and eye-rolling from the villian. During this there is one moment where the positive character from the other show says something to that villian which is apparently meant to be a major insult when it's just a ridiculous comment about truth always prevailing and the villian acts all shocked and insulted. wth!!!
6) The episode ends with the positive chracters all wishing good luck to one another followed by a mini lecture and a goodbye!
And this is why crossovers are pointless and in no way help in bringing in progress into the respective shows.
