in TwiNj first conversation Kunj tell to Twinkle that he love to go Bangkok for their honeymoon remember that scene in Kunj room when 1st time they talk and in meeting Kunj pretending to Twinkle that he was very much excited for the marriage and he love to go Bangkok for their honeymoon. so why they go Goa... I know Bebe plan it I wish when TwiNj fall in love and their money problems short out again they go for a honeymoon at Bangkok.
