Why was nikki so panicked when ishan was with her she never worried about his health,lunch or anything.

Leela assured kunj that she will pray for ishaan and he will be found soon but it was said after twinkle asked for support i felt it was leela's way of consoling twinkle indirectly.
Their car scene was cute and fun to see until twinkle brought up that jail nigh scene after that it went downhill for me.
in the car twinkle was worried about kunj going alone too. It was first semi decent conversation they had after marriage though it did urn into cvs flop tashan attempt later.
