That question will always be brought up. As many people have pointed out, Yuvi had a long 7 years to treat Twinkle badly. But he never did. Rather he loved her and showed warm affection towards her. The change in Yuvi's character was shown too abruptly and the segway was incredibly choppy. It has made a lot of viewers confused as to whether or not his intentions towards Twinkle are genuine or not. I'm just going to wait for the YuvLe confrontation and then decide.

I too felt he loves her. He probably thought he will marry Twinkle and trouble her mom with just the thought that Twinkle is married to him. I guess he never imagined a life without her and now he is torn. He hates her family a lot but she feels like an addiction to him.
