same here. at this point twinkle and kunj r tied by their love for their family,they care about eachother too but its not shown as openly.

slowly gradually they will start showing openly. Kunj is far more comfortable showing his care and concern now and twinkle is also worried abt him asking abt hm as soon as she as conscious but they will never be this open in eachothers presence.

The MU needs to clear so the trust factor increases.
