Hi Smiles - I did not watch the whole show yet - just saw the first two performances. The first pair was Karthik Revathi. The song was Pachmala poovu I agree on the Katakali part - it was good but the that doesn't suit the song. they danced and song played that's all. For that song they could have simply dressed and showed the emotions.

Abhi dancing??? 😡

I totally agree with that the sisters Ambika/Radha pair were more entertaining. This time that's what I decided to FF dances and listen to their talks. 😆

This season of Jodi is really poor I feel. The dances are not up to the mark.

Pair Swap Round

Judges: Poornima & Radha

- Abinay is really letting down his partner.

- Sandya has great stage presence!

- Rafiq was cute and rocking as usual with great energy.

- Mani and Gabi were great.

- Robo & Anandhi: Lol what was happening here? But like Radha said, saw a different Robo.

- Satya and Jacqueline were not bad.

I really wish Satya and Monika were paired for this round, they would have nailed it. They were awesome in MM together.

Thanks Smiles.

this week I felt it was much better than any other week.

Even I got emotional with Mani and Gabi performance. I liked Nagendra Prasad and Devipriya at lost he showed some emotion.

Satyha and Jacqueline were cool nice work.

Robo - Lols most of the time he was carring Anandhi - for a moment I felt dance or weight lifting aa nnu. 😉 Still Robo was better.

Sandhya was good - Abhi still no improvement.

As yo usaid Rafiq was cool - what was that drama with Pooja I don't know.

Shilpa and Anwar was so so not that great.

Relationship Round.

I think except for Rafiq/Gabi and Robo/Sandya all the other couple had a negative and sad theme. It was really too bad to see all the sadness in their scenes. They should have brought the beautiful relationships not the sadness in them. I was shocked to see Mani/Devipriya, I never expected them to show a concept like this! Kudos to Satya for his excellent effort!

Still feel that this season can do so much more, maybe I expected too much?

100% agree with you smiles-20.

I too didn't like the negative theme they brought. Yen, Appa Magal-na ithu mattumthaana? Why showing bad incidents, why not happy memories?!... Also Mani and DP, OMG I was shocked. Also Pooja and Anwar.

p.s. I used to watch the Ungalil Yar Prabhu Deva, and few dance shows in the past earlier with my daughter on my side (she loves dance and enjoys watching with me! :).

But in this show JODI I couldn't let her join. Many times the outfits few Female contestants are wearing are so bad and this Anandhi does almost an item number every week, be it romance or comedy or anything else!! Mudiyalai...

Yeah Supree, this season of Jodi is dull. And your right, little kids will get nothing great from this show better they do not watch it.

The producers have to realize that entertainment comes from the quality of the dance not from DD, Robo or others joking around and fooling around on the stage.

Plus this season has a lot more talk than dancing.

Yes Smiles and Supree - The negativity is too bad thsi time. other than Robo/Sandya every one it was negative. Terrible and almost both of them (Abhi/Jac and Anwar/Pooja showed the same concept and it was really killing. I could not watch with my daughter. Too bad...

This week elimination round. Satya and shipa is out. Felt sad as satya is a good dancer too but still they have wild card round.

It was religious round this week.. and satya went to extreme to perform something which was total unexpected by everyone 😲 He pierce his tongue. Everyone was shock and after the song ended the same pusari came and removed it.. gosh that was really something to me i feel its a big no no for this kind of show. 🤔 There is many ways to show your talent or seriousness in this dance show. The judges and host kept reminding again and again this should not be tried by kids at home.

My fav for this week was Roba and sandhy. 😳 They danced for kallai mattum and it was super. Their costume too was very attractive. Both judges were impressed with them. They won the best performance .. i think. Both Gabriell and Rafiz won the cute couple. They danced very well for a Ganesa theme song. Another couple i felt did good was manikandan devipriya. The rest i felt average only.
