Is Taarak Mehta telecasted in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Srilanka, USA etc.? Sab tv works there? What about other channels like star plus etc...are they shown in Pakistan?

I think Indian channels ( at least some if not all) are banned in Pakistan and Bangladesh. I guess they watch it online.

I think like Zindagi channel in India Pakistan also airs Indian shows in their local channels.Here are the links but I am not sure if it was ever rightfully implemented.
