Staying in the compound is not a big deal. They have the terrace where these tents can be made. Its done actually where construction is done but to cook them food everyday is downright stupid. Get them the accessories and let them cook their own food. Now, before anyone comments on the insensitivity of this option , allow me to tell that its the way thing is done in every construction site. Cooked food is served on special days only.
