Isn't it funny ? SOmeone comes to verify Popat and the Gadas easily give away all teh details they have. Why didn't they ask him to verify everything from Popat's office and settle only by giving a character certificate for Popat?
Also, no one thought even Sapna's background should have been verified the way her father verified Popat's ?

The makers have lost their minds completely.

Even I was wondering why didn't the gadas ask much about the gal,her education and her family background. I still feel daya shouldn't have talked about popat's money and property without knowing anything about that guy.People don't talk about money matters so early.
It's popat's fault too.His desparateness for marriage is landing him in big trouble this time.

The GD wasis have been cheated many times by fraud people yet they still haven't learnt a lesson and trust people so easily. This is not Innocence! This is plain foolishness!
