Was watching a tappu sena in advertisement track on youtube yesterday and it got me into thinking that how come none of the cast has landed major advertisement or brand endorsements despite being probably the most popular show in last 4-5 years ...
There's no denying that each of the cast member is popular with the audience and serial is a big big hit in spite it being on a downhill for last year or two... How come none of the members have got any endorsements .. how come no brand has thought of making use of the popularity of the cast..
correct me if i am wrong ...
I guess anjali and tarak got another show " wah wah kya baat hein"... bhide aka mandar also has got few advertisements on marathi channel ... also i think disha vakani and dilip joshi have got 1-2 endorsements with reality projects ...
also one of my friend who works in the news channel told me that many producers put clause actor's contracts that bars them from doing other shows or advertisements without the consent of the producers .. could this be the case ???
