I don't know whether you are a swasan fan or not but either way you yourself can post ur geet stories as swasan stories on WP, so that she won't be able to post the same story as hers again! That way everybody who reads it will know you are the original author. Do mention a note about that girl who plagiarised your work too when you post there, so everyone gets to know her truth and she won't repeat it again!

copyright idea and expression dichotomy as we know is what makes the copyright the originality is one of the trinities of copyright. But the most important thing is idea cannt be copyrighted or plagarized and it goes into public domain (Nicholas v, Universal Pictures)if someone has used your structure, sequence and order then u have full right to claim it. May be you didn't read others comment but she not just copied di' s story but another writer's too
and if she didn't copy she won't deleted her id or story which she claimed to be hers
