Dadiji should take signature of chief minister to take entire city under her control and kick them out forever. Waise bhi both are useless. Na kaam ke, na kaaj ke, dushman anaaj ke. If they stayed for little longer, both will turn vamps for haq, pyaar, adhikar etc etc.
But make sure CM is not using magical pen from shaka laka boom boom.
